Inside, a highly sensitive vanadium oxide IR sensor with 256 x 192 pixels and a pixel interval of 12 μm detects even the smallest temperature differences. With a thermal sensitivity of ≤ 20 mK (NETD), the device delivers razor-sharp thermal images – reliably in fog, rain, or difficult lighting conditions.
The 11 mm lens in combination with the 50 Hz image rate enables fluid real-time displays. The optical 2x base magnification and the digital zoom (2x / 4x / 6x / 8x) provide flexible observation possibilities at distances up to 500 meters (person detection). The OLED display with 1024 x 768 pixels offers a clear, high-contrast representation of your surroundings.
Weighing just 300 g and with an operating time of up to 6 hours, the Leopard 256 is ideal for longer missions. The protection class IP67 guarantees water and dust protection, while the 18650 lithium-ion battery can be conveniently charged via USB-C.
