Pulsar's Krypton series is the best choice for long-range thermal imaging and extended operating times. The Krypton 2 FXQ35 is the smaller model of observation glasses with built-in thermal imaging technology. This model has a slightly lower resolution and range, but a wider field of view and is also more compact and lighter than the more powerful Krypton 2 FXG50. In addition, it can detect significantly more temperature differences with 25 microkelvins.
A Vanadium Oxide sensor is responsible for detecting heat, detecting living beings, hot water pipes, and all other heat-emitting sources with a resolution of 384 x 288 pixels. Due to its high sensitivity of less than 25 micrometers, the detector can distinguish even the finest branches or human extremities.
The objective lens is 35 millimeters in diameter, producing a field of view width of almost 19 meters over a distance of 100 meters. A person can be detected within a range of 1.3 kilometers. With these features, the observation device is a multi-talent for the near to medium-range environment. The observer is rewarded with a modern AMOLED display that can render colors sharp, clear, and with high contrast. Furthermore, the technology masters perfect black levels, without streaks or gray haze.
Especially for aiming at the target, it is advisable to use the remote control, attached to the stock or butt, important settings can be made without major movements.

Power is supplied by an IPS7 battery, which is docked directly to the housing, thus preventing any uneven imbalance. In addition, this interchangeable battery system is easy and quick to replace with a spare battery. With 11 hours of operating time, it also lasts quite a long time.
