The Präzise Jagen Multiadapter Clamp Sleeve is a versatile adapter solution for connecting modern thermal imaging or night vision technology with compatible optical devices. The system was developed by Reimund Walter, who placed particular emphasis on ease of use and universal applicability during its design.
The great advantage of this system lies in its flexible use. Instead of using several different adapters, the clamp sleeve provides a central solution for various devices. After a single installation, handling becomes particularly convenient, as the system can be used quickly and easily with every subsequent use.
The patented adapter system is characterized by high precision and very good repeatability. This ensures that the alignment of the connected devices remains reliable even after removal and reattachment.
The multi-adapter is compatible with many common daylight observation optics, such as binoculars or spotting scopes. The appropriate size is determined by the outer diameter of the optical housing. The permissible tolerance is ±1 mm. For secure fastening, it is recommended to tighten the screws with a torque wrench at approx. 1 Nm.
The clamp sleeve is mounted on the optic once and can then remain there permanently. A protective cap is optionally available to protect the system from dust and moisture. Size “Small” is suitable for clamp sleeves up to 61 mm, size “Large” for diameters from 62 mm.
In a direct length comparison with other adapter solutions, a very compact design emerges: The fully assembled Precise-Jagen adapter (including multi-adapter and Hikmicro insert) protrudes only about 0.8 mm further, making it particularly space-saving.
A suitable dust cover is also available for the Duo Connector.
Additional components may be required when using certain devices. For example, a suitable adapter ring is needed for some Hikmicro models. When using a Pulsar Forward, the Smartclip PF4 Converter Forward is also required.
